Database audit trail
Every read and write on clinical data captured at the database layer, retained for 7 years, longer for minors and implant records.
Versioned, not overwritten
Clinical entries are versioned and soft-deleted, never silently overwritten, and destroyed or de-identified at the end of their lawful retention period (APP 11.2).
External security testing
An independent OWASP Top 10 penetration test by an external firm is planned before general availability.
