Scale without scaling QA.
Page-referenced drafts make quality review fast and consistent: reviewers check claims against linked sources instead of re-reading the file. Grow report volume without growing the QA queue.
Trenthos IME reads the brief and every page of the records, builds a page-referenced chronology, and drafts the full report. You review, you form the opinion, you sign.
The report is an hour of opinion and five hours of paperwork. Trenthos IME does the assembly, shows its working for every line, and leaves the opinion where it belongs: with you.
The letter of instruction, the records as they arrived - PDFs, scans, photographs of paper - and your examination findings or dictated opinion.
Every page is read, a dated chronology built with a page reference on every entry, and the full report drafted in the structure the scheme expects.
Every factual line links back to its source page, so checking the draft is fast. You amend, complete the opinion, and sign. It is your report.
A medico-legal report lives or dies on whether its facts survive cross-examination. So one rule: no factual sentence without a source page, and no gap papered over.
Every factual line carries a reference to the document and page it came from. Reviewing a claim takes one click, not twenty minutes of searching.
If only the radiology report was supplied, the draft says "report sighted, images not reviewed". What is missing gets flagged, not written around.
Designed around the report structures of the Australian workers-compensation schemes - WorkSafe Victoria, SIRA NSW, WorkCover Queensland, Comcare and the rest - not adapted from a US or UK product.
A scripted demonstration on a fully synthetic WorkSafe Victoria file review - eight documents, one lumbar injury, no real people. Once the draft appears, hover or tap any line to see its source page.
Demo uses synthetic data. No real patient information. Reports are drafted for a doctor to review and sign.
Page-referenced drafts make quality review fast and consistent: reviewers check claims against linked sources instead of re-reading the file. Grow report volume without growing the QA queue.
The chronology is assembled, referenced and waiting before you start. You bring the examination findings and the opinion - the part only you can do.
Medico-legal files are among the most sensitive documents in Australian healthcare, and they are handled to the same standards as our clinical products.
Files are processed and stored in Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2). Your documents do not leave the country.
Handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles: encrypted in transit and at rest, retained only as long as the engagement requires.
A report is never issued by the software. A doctor supplies the findings and opinion, reviews every line, and signs.
Trial cases run on de-identified files only - remove names, addresses and identifiers before anything is shared. We will show you how.
De-identified files only, and shared securely - never as an email attachment.
No. It assembles and drafts; it does not examine, diagnose or opine. The examination findings and the medical opinion come from the reporting doctor, and the report only exists once that doctor has reviewed and signed it. Doctor in, doctor out.
Australia. Files are processed and stored in AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) and are not sent offshore. Trial cases are de-identified and shared over a secure channel we set up - never as an email attachment - and files are deleted when the engagement ends. Our Privacy Policy is the source of truth.
Designed around the Australian workers-compensation schemes - WorkSafe Victoria, SIRA NSW, WorkCover Queensland, Comcare and the other jurisdictions - covering independent medical examinations, file reviews and supplementary reports. Motor-accident schemes such as the TAC are on the roadmap. If you work to a different scheme or format, ask: the structure is configurable per instruction.
Every factual sentence carries a reference to the document and page it came from, so any claim can be checked in one click. Where the file is incomplete, the draft says so explicitly - "report sighted, images not reviewed" - rather than filling the gap. The demo above shows exactly how that looks.
Per report, with no subscription required to start. Your first case is free, so you can judge the draft against your own standard before spending anything. Email support@trenthos.com for current pricing.
Trenthos IME is drafting software for a document that a doctor reviews and signs - it does not diagnose, treat or make clinical decisions. As with all our products, we monitor the TGA's guidance on clinical software and will say plainly if that position ever changes.
